I recognize that therapy is an investment, and cost can be a real barrier to care. I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who are experiencing financial hardship. If you're interested in exploring this option, please mention it when you call to schedule. Availability is limited, and slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Insurance
I do not currently take insurance, but you may be able to see me as an "out of network" provider, which means you will pay out of pocket and be reimbursed by your insurance company. I can provide you with receipts indicating your payments for you to submit to your insurance company.

Late Arrival Policy
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. We can either use the remaining time for your session (please note that you will still be charged for the full appointment), or we can discuss rescheduling.
If you are able to reschedule within the same week, the late cancellation fee will be waived. However, if you are unable to attend your session that week and did not provide advance notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
If I have not heard from you within 5–10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, I will always reach out to check in.
Cancellation Policy
24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. The usual session fee will be charged for no-shows and individuals who do not cancel within 24-hours.
